The Writer's Forgot to Age Ross up for 3 Seasons

With so much backstory for each character on the show, it's not surprising that sometimes the writers failed to tie all the storylines together. Many fans didn't notice a significant plot hole spanning seasons 3 to 5 regarding Ross' age, likely because none of the characters on the show acknowledged it either.
