Emus are another species of large flightless birds. They produce these giant eggs with tough shells that are hard to crack, unlike the small chicken egg in the middle. They almost look like avocados, but you won't find anything green on the inside of these eggs.

They look more like dragon eggs than anything that actually lives on this planet. The great thing about the thick shell of an emu egg is that they seem to be made for carving, and the green color makes them look even more magnificent.
