Sunfish start as tiny little baby fish that are smaller than the size of a fingernail. As it gets older, it grows into the largest bony fish in the world. The flat looking fish can weigh up to 2200 lbs, and they are found in tropical waters.

It is incredible how this tiny, almost invisible, baby grows to be such a massive fish. The comparison between the full-grown fish and a human is unreal. Although the fish looks intimidating, they do not bother humans, as you can see from the picture.
